Best Buy Maldives hosted a Masterclass on Saturday targeting chefs working in resorts across Maldives.
The class which took place in Hulhule Island Hotel (HIH) from 1000 hrs to 1500 hrs was conducted by Masterchef Asia's renowned Judge and Chef Bruno Menard.
Best Buy hosted a Masterclass with Chef Menard earlier this year as well.
COO of Best Buy Maldives A.V.S Subrahmanyam stated that the class hosted twice a year by the company aimed to further educate the chefs employed in the Maldivian archipelago.
According to Subrahmanyam, these classes teach chefs how to elevate their cuisine to different heights with the aid of the latest technology.
The company's Head of Marketing Ali Afrah Hassan stated that out of the two annual classes, the one conducted in September was held in preparation for the Hotel Asia Exhibition.
This is the fourth consecutive year that the Masterclass was held for chefs in the country.
Best Buy Maldives is one of the largest resort suppliers in Maldives. In addition to food and beverages, the company also supplies cosmetics.
