Police mark first female officer to join VVIP Motorcade

Police on Monday marked the first time a female officer became part of the VVIP Motorcade.

According to the statement on social media by Police, the female officer in question is Lance Corporal Aleena Moosa from Traffic Management Department.

A series of pictures uploaded depict Lance Corporal Aleena along with other officers in the motorcade.

It is believed that this VVIP Motorcade was for the delegation from Sri Lanka, including the country's Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.
