Minister of Climate Change, Environment and Energy Thoriq Ibrahim said that sustainable financial assistance is needed to achieve the goals set by the Convention on Biological Diversity.
Speaking at the 16th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), held in Colombia from October 29 to 31, Minister Thoriq stated that the Maldives’ National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan is undergoing review and updates.
