Judicial Service Commission (JSC) on Monday, declared the commission's decision to probe into the conduct of High Court and Criminal Court Judges.
During the JSC held press conference, Director Hassan Zaheen stated that multiple complaints were reported against a Criminal Court judge and a single complaint against a High Court judge.
A special committee was formulated to investigate the two judges, said Zaheen.
The identity of the justices is yet to be revealed. Zaheen stated that pertinent information will be disseminated as the investigation progresses.
JSC members Masthoor Husnee and Mohamed Eesa Fulhu were selected to chair the committee.
