Dheema, who has been training in Croatia as part of an Olympic Committee training scholarship, has reached the final of the Under-17 tournament at the Duro Dubenik Memorial Tournament in the city of Dugo Selo.
In the final, Dheema lost to a Polish player. The club where Dheema plays also made it to the quarter-finals of the team event.
Under the guidance of the club's coaches and Zevonimir Korenic, who previously coached the national team at the Indian Ocean Island Games, Dheema has been training in Croatia.
Last year, before participating in the Indian Ocean Island Games, she competed in the junior segment of the Opatija Open Junior TT tournament in Croatia and won.
