Civil Court has ruled Fenaka Corporation must pay MVR 13.3 million to Island Engineering Services and Supplies Pvt Ltd.
The company initially filed a civil suit seeking MVR 15 million for goods provided to Fenaka Corporation inclusive of GST. The company sought a total of MVR 31 million that included MVR 16 million for legal expenses.
