A fire broke out in a warehouse in Male' City this afternoon, with Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) quickly responding and putting out the fire.
MNDF said that he fire occurred in a warehouse on the third floor of Oliveenaage in Mahchangolhi Ward in Male' City, and originated from an electricity board in the premises.
The incident was reported at around 13:30 hrs today, and MNDF quickly responded and put out the fire before major damage was caused.
No persons were injured in the incident, MNDF confirmed.
The fire incident occurred at a Euro Store warehouse.
