Reigning local volleyball champions, Adam Naseem and Ismail Saajidh (Kuda Kaattey) has once more clinched the gold medal for the country in the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) Beach Volleyball Championships.
This marks the third instance where this competent pair secured the championship title for Maldives. The pair had triumphed the gold medal in an earlier CAVA Beach Volleyball Championship held in Lanka in 2022, claiming Maldives' first victory in the history of the sport.
