In a post on X, STELCO stated that electricity will be cut off between 6 AM and 8 AM tomorrow to carry out necessary work to energize the 132 KV high-voltage substation installed in Hulhumale' Phase 2.

According to STELCO, some areas in Male' will experience a one-hour power outage. The company also stated that various areas in Hulhumale' will experience power cuts.
In their post announcing the affected areas in Male', they also apologized for any inconvenience this may cause to customers.
