During his address at the event, Qasim said that "the country should be taken towards a brighter future with the same honestly as our forefathers did".

He added that they will always work towards the development of the country, emphasizing the involvement of youth, women, and children in the process.

"I am with all of you, and I want to assure you that we stand by the youth, do not worry...," Qasim said.

Nahula said that they will work to make JP the largest party in Maldives, citing the significant number of youth who had registered with the party in the past two weeks as a result of their efforts.
