The Italian luxury brand known for jewelry, watches, fragrances and accessories; Bulgari ("BVLGARI") is reportedly planning to open its first tourist property in the Maldives.
The top-tier resort, amply dubbed the "BVLGARI Resort Ranfushi" is developed in Raa atoll.
Travel and tourism news tabloids report that the resort is development on a land area spanning 20 hectares and will include 33 high-standard beach villas and 20 high-tier overwater villas.
The beach villas come with its own private pools while overwater villas come with private access to the sea.
Italian renowned architect Antonio Citterio will bring his finesse and craft in designing the villas and the interiors of the resort island.
Bulgari's first tourist resort venture in the Maldives is expected for a grand unveiling in 2025 while this will be their 13th hotel property across the globe.
