Business Center Corporation (BCC) has opened applications for the food kiosks at the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Hub.
According to BCC, all registered micro, small and medium enterprises operating in the food and beverage sector can apply for food kiosks at the SME Hub. The deadline to submit application is until 12:00 p.m. of October 20, 2022.
Interested parties can view and observe the kiosks on October 16 and 17 , between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The SME Hub is located at the STO Allied Building, Chaandhanee Magu.
According to BCC, the hub will provide SME's from various industries with the opportunity to establish themselves in the market in addition to promoting their business.
The first floor of the building will be dedicated to food and beverage businesses, with 16 kiosks varying from 37 to 60 square feet - depending on the scale of the business.
According to BCC, total rent for these spaces range between MVR 8,900 and MVR 12,400.
BCC confirms the kiosks are aimed at SME businesses operating in a variety of fields including painting, handicrafts, fashion and accessories, plants and botany, books, local medicine, performing arts and make-up as well as food and beverage.
Meanwhile, the corporation has yet to announce the official opening date of the Hub.
