MMPRC launches new visibility-increase campaign targeting SEA market

Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) launches a new destination visibility-increasing campaign in association with Travel Daily Media.

The joint campaign targeting the South-East Asian (SEA) market will run from July until the end of September 2022.

Travel Daily Media is an online platform specialized in disseminating travel and hospitality industry news, opinion, and travel analysis pieces for travel and trade professionals.

The platform's active subscribers base and contributors stretch to Asia, Europe, the Americas, Middle-East, China and India.

According to MMPRC, the campaign aims to build high-attention and visibility for Maldives, maintain brand presence, raise brand awareness and increase representation of the Indian Ocean archipelago as a top of the mind destination in the SEA market. The prime advertising and promoting focus is given to showcase the geographical uniqueness of the country, and promote Maldives as the "World's Leading Destination".

Articles intimately detailing the Maldivian tourism industry is set to run on the Travel Daily front page, and on their newsletter.

Additionally, the campaign initiative includes content posting via social media platforms such as Facebook page, and website banners.

The marketing initiative will reportedly help MMPRC to promote the Maldivian tourism products including resorts, hotels, guesthouses among other tourism properties and avenues in the country.

Moreover, the campaign initiative is part of the top Maldives tourism promoter's marketing strategy for the SEA market.
