SJ Construction Private Limited has secured the contract to construct 50 housing units in Alif Alif atoll Rasdhoo.
The agreement was signed during a ceremony held at the ministry of housing. Director General Ahmed Vishan Naseem signed the agreement on behalf of the ministry.
Each of these housing units, spanning 1,000 square feet, will include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and dining area, laundry, and a storage room, according to the ministry.
With a focus on providing a comfortable living environment, the housing units will be well-lit, complemented by the inclusion of a park and a parking area.
The project, funded by the PSIP budget is financed at MVR 84,218,400, with a stipulated completion timeframe of 270 days assigned to SJ Construction.
