The accused in the case is a 42 year old Maldivian man.
Police said yesterday that they had received a report of a father allegedly sexually abusing his two daughters and another minor in the family.
Mihaaru News reports that the man has also been suspended today from his job in a government owned company after reports of him sexually abusing his own two daughters and another minor came to light.
Police do not reveal any identifying details in cases involving minors so as to protect their identities as stipulated in the law.
