Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) revealed that all branches of the bank will be closed on December 31.
Services will resume as per usual from all branches from January 5, onwards.
However, MIB's call centre will continue to attend to inquiries until 23 hours during this period.
Further, the bank's self-service ATM will remain operational in these days.
MIB has centres in six regions of Maldives, spanning over capital Male', Hulhumale', Kulhudhuffushi, Thinadhoo and Addu.
