In a post on social media X today, the Ambassador shared highlights of Maldives-China relations during her time in office and expressed gratitude for the support she received in fulfilling her responsibilities.
She noted the key developments seen over the past three years while she was stationed in the Maldives.
Some of the major projects she highlighted include further development of Velana International Airport, social housing projects, the SinaMale' bridge, Male' area road development and planned 100 bed hospital in ViliMale'.
"We celebrated the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Maldives in 2022. Over the past five decades, China and the Maldives have always respected and supported each other, setting a good example of equal treatment, mutual respect, and win-win cooperation between countries of different sizes," she wrote.
