Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulla Shahid on Thursday sent a congratulatory message to the newly appointed Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Al Saud.
In his message, Minister Shahid extended congratulations and best wishes on being appointed as Foreign Minister.
He also expressed eagerness to work together in order to further enhance the existing bilateral relations.
"May I also convey my best wishes for Your Royal Highness's good health and well-being, as well as for the continued progress and prosperity of the brotherly people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration", read the message.
