Former defender of national football team, Mohamed Saaif, who was reported missing yesterday was found later in the day.
Saaif, 30, from Haa Alif atoll Hoarafushi was reported missing by family in the early hours of Wednesday. With no information on his whereabouts, police published his photo and appealed for help from the public.
Police said then that Saaif was last seen around 21:00 hrs last night in Hulhumale' Phase 3, near the uninhabited Farukolhufushi area.
In a post on social media platform X yesterday evening, Police announced that Saaif had been found in Male', and confirmed that he was in good health.
