Maldives Meteorological Services (MET) said that wind speeds will remain strong until Monday, next week.
MET, in a press release said that with the southwest monsoon intensifying, two circulations have formed in the north and south of Maldives. Over the past four days, strong average winds were experienced over the north and central atolls of Maldives.
