In the match played at the indoor court in Social Centre last night, Red Wings beat Kinds with a score of 80-130 points. Red Wing's Prathuyanshu Toma was crowned best player of the match.
To reach the finals of the men's division, which has four competing teams, teams have to win either first or second place in the round robin tournament. The first place was secured by Sri Lanka's Eagles, who beat T-Rex with a score of 94-72 in a match played earlier yesterday evening.
Red Wings, T-Rex and Kings all won a single match each. However, Red Wings is higher in the ranking between the three teams with a difference in points.
The final match, where Red Wings will face Eagles, is scheduled for 20:00 hrs tonight.
In the round robin tournament, Eagles had beaten Red Wings with a difference of five points.
Sri Lanka's Eagles has also secured a place in the women's division finals after achieving second place in the round robin tournament. First place was won by Maldives' Queens BC.
The women's division final match will be held at 16:00 hrs today.
