Rasheed Carpentry and Construction Private Limited (RCC) has secured the contract for the development of 30 flats in Komandoo, Shaviyani Atoll. The project has a total contract value of MVR 41 million.
The contract for the development of 30 flats in Komandoo was signed at a ceremony held at the Planning Ministry. Director General Ahmed Wishan Naseem signed the contract on behalf of the Ministry, while RCC's Director of Projects Adam Raheem, signed on behalf of RCC.
The project includes the construction of 30 flats, with each flat covering an area of 700 square feet. Each unit will feature 3 rooms, 3 toilets, a sitting room, kitchen, dining room, laundry area, and a storage room.
According to the Ministry, the boundary wall and surrounding area will be adequately illuminated to create a pleasant environment for the residents. Additionally, a park and a designated vehicle parking zone will be developed as part of this project.
The project, which is funded by the Public Sector Investment Program (PSIP), has been allocated a budget of MVR 40,923,848.16.
