Project worth USD 57 million (MVR 882 million) to build hospitals in four islands in Maldives handed over to an Indian company on Monday.

In a ceremony held in the Health Ministry, the project to design and construct new buildings for the hospitals in Haa Alifu Dhidhoo, Raa Alifushi, Dhaalu Kudahuvadhoo, and Gaafu Alifu Villingi were awarded to Indian company Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL).
