The Criminal Court yesterday acquitted all accused in the murder of Mohamed Anas, a speedboat captain, who was attacked and killed by a group in Male' City.
The verdict was delivered 10 months after the conclusion of the hearings.
Anas' murder: all accused acquitted, PG considers appeal
The Criminal Court ruled that, in light of the evidence presented by the prosecution, it could not be determined beyond a reasonable doubt that the seven men were involved in the crime.
