President has initiated the Riveli program for students overseas

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu initiated the “Riveli” program in Dubai last Tuesday. This program was commenced to provide online education on the subjects of Dhivehi and Islamic studies which will be taught in the Dhivehi language to Maldivian students receiving education overseas.

This program that was initiated at an event held at the Taj Dubai Hotel to engage with Maldivians residing in UAE, was a proposal requested by Maldivians to the President Muizzu upon his arrival at Dubai two months ago.
