National Disaster Management Council has passed the Maldives Disaster Risk Reduction Strategy 2024 - 2030.
The Council is chaired by President Dr Mohamed Muizzu, with Minister of Defence Mohamed Ghassan Maumoon, Minister of Health Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim, Minister of Housing, Land and Urban Development Dr Ali Haidar Ahmed, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Abdulla Khaleel and senior officials of National Disaster Management Authority participating.
