Ooredoo celebrates three years of service to its e-commerce platform Moolee.
Moolee is an online platform that connects online businesses and customers. The platform was officially launched on August 7, 2019.
Within three years of Moolee's service, the platform has made more than 20,000 deliveries across the country.
Ooredoo said that entertainment and interactive online activities are planned to mark Moolee's third anniversary this month.
Customers can make purchases from18 categories from more than 50 popular companies from anywhere in the Maldives. These include electronics, household appliances, books, stationery, gaming products and commonly used food items.
Ooredoo has connected its customers with businesses across the country through Moolee during the Covid-19 pandemic, allowing them to safely purchase essential items from home. In this regard, Moolee had partnered with small businesses such as shops and supermarkets.
Moolee also holds promotions with special discounts to mark the month of Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr and the end of the year.
For the academic new year, Moolee had partnered with Novelty Bookshop launching their "Back to School" promotion. During the promotion, Moolee delivered booklists free of charge to parents across the country.
To complement the expanding e-commerce platform, online payments, "easy returns" and free delivery services are provided nationwide.
