Some routes in Male' area including Orchid Route, Ameenee Route, Sosun Route, West Park, Carnival area, and routes to Hulhumale' will begin bus services at 05:00 hrs
Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has announced that it will begin services on eight bus routes in Male' at 05:00 hrs.
MTCC, which operates the Raajje Transport Link (RTL) Male' bus service, said today that the decision to adjust the start times for these routes, effective from Tuesday, was made following customer feedback.
Routes that begin bus services at 05:00 hrs:
- R1
- R2
- R6
- R7
- R8
- R10
- R11
- R12
This change includes Orchid Route, Ameenee Route, Sosun Route, West Park, Carnival area, and routes to Hulhumale' as well.
Previously, bus services began at 06:00 hrs. MTCC has introduced 36 mini buses to the Maldives for the Raajje Transport Link (RTL) service, with 12 of these buses operating in Male'. These buses have a capacity of 20 passengers and wheelchair access.
