The symposium will see participation from leaders in the Maldives' tourism and hotel industry, with discussions being held on paths to further develop the industry.
Keynote Speaker for the conference will be Afeef Hussain, Luxe Resorts Regional Director of Training, Development and Quality Assurance.
Afeef holds 15 years' experience in HR strategy, customer experience, quality management and talent, performance management, as well as learning and development.
Afeef has previously spoken at various HR summits, and events in Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Dubai, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and America.
He is a certified speaker, trainer and coach from John Maxwell Certification Program. Afeef has also been earlier awarded under 'Most Influential Global HR Professionals 100'.
The Symposium will also feature various panel discussions with experienced professionals.
