A special time has been designated for the elderly and those requiring emergency services, between 09:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs.
Tokens for passport collection will be issued from 08:30 hrs to 16:00 hrs. These tokens can be obtained through the QueueBee app or directly from the immigration counter during those hours.
If passport services are needed in the case of a medical emergency, people are advised to call the Immigration Hotline as before.
