Health Protection Agency (HPA) enacted monitoring measures on Paradise Island Resort on Thursday, after 10 individuals on the island developed COVID-19 like symptoms.
The agency stated that eight Maldivians and two foreign nationals have been placed under home-isolation while their samples are being tested for the coronavirus.
