Ooredoo has won several awards at the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards 2022. Ooredoo Maldives has won the Gold Stevie for innovative achievement in organization recovery for their efforts in overcoming the challenges faced due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The silver Stevie for M-Faisaa and Moolee for excellence in innovation in consumer product and service industries and the Bronze Stevie for Moolee excellence in innovation in technology industries.
Noting the company's success, CEO of Ooredoo Maldives Khalid Hassan Al-Hamadi said that it is an honor to get international recognition for the the company's initiative to provide opportunities for its customers and communities through digital services and positive solutions. He also said that despite the challenges faced during the pandemic, Ooredoo's team has introduced innovative services and facilitated the development of digital services.

Despite the challenges faced due to the pandemic, Ooredoo has made significant efforts to expand and develop its services. A data center has been established with investments to strengthen network and telecom infrastructure across the country.
Work is also underway to build a submarine cable connecting The Maldives, Singapore and Europe. The company has also put work in the development of mobile and fix broad brand services, introduction of "Aacha prepaid", postpaid portfolios and innovative products, and provision of high quality internet services.
Ooredoo aims to establish platforms to digitally connect the Maldives and facilitate the development of businesses and other activities. The company also said that it is working to improve the quality of digital services such as Moolee and M-Faisaa.
