Dhiraagu has introduced the first-ever unlimited fiber home broadband packages in Maldives.
the packages were unveiled during a ceremony at the company’s head office last night.
Dhiraagu Chief Commercial Officer, Ali Riyaz said that the company is committed towards meeting customer needs.
"Customers want seamless streaming without worrying about data limits. These packages are designed to cater to that demand," he said.
He added that the company makes significant investments in enhancing its services.
The new packages offer unlimited high speed internet, maintaining consistent speeds throughout the month.
This is a significant upgrade from previous "unlimited" plans, where speeds were reduced after reaching a monthly data allowance.
The packages include:
- Unlimited 1 Gbps
- Unlimited 400 Mbps
- Unlimited 100 Mbps
- Unlimited 30 Mbps
- Unlimited 20 Mbps
Dhiraagu Customer Value Manager for Broadband and Devices, Ahmed Ishan said that to further improve user experience, Dhiraagu is doubling the speeds of its existing fiber broadband packages at no additional cost.
"Customers on 50 Mbps plan will be upgraded to 100 Mbps. Those on 100 Mbps will be upgraded to 200 Mbps and customers on the 200 Mbps plan will enjoy speeds of 400 Mbps," he said.
These upgrades, which are effective from December 1, come with no extra charges, with customers paying the same rates as before.
Dhiraagu’s fiber broadband network is recognized as one of the fastest and most extensive in Maldives.
