President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has today met with India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his ongoing official State visit to India.
President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has today met with India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his ongoing official State visit to India.
The meeting was held at the Official Residence of the Prime Minister.
Discussions held at the meeting focused on continuing to foster strong relations between Maldives and India.

Ahead of the meeting, President Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed were given an official ceremonial welcome with a twenty one gun salute.
On this trip, in addition to New Delhi, the President will be travelling to Agra, Mumbai and Bangalore where official discussions will be held regarding various sectors, including trade.
