Over 100 exhibitors register for Hospitality Expo Maldives in 2022

The organizers of the largest hospitality expo in the Maldives, Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Expo reported that over 100 global exhibitors registered with them.

During a press conference held on Wednesday, FHAM's Managing Director Imran Hassan confirmed that exhibitors include businesses from Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Indonesia and India along with several other global destinations.

The exhibitors of this year's edition is expected to showcase over 10,000 products during the event. The event's organizer estimates more than 4,000 industry professionals will visit the expo.

Additionally, over 1,500 registered buyers from more than 100 tourist resorts in the Maldives are expected to visit and expand their business prospects.

The 2022 edition will include the usual competitions much like previous expos that include the culinary, mocktail and barista challenge along with the housekeeping challenge.

The most coveted competition of Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives for years have been its culinary challenge, which will remain as this year's main attraction. Over 500 chefs have already registered for the competition according to the organizers.

The event is endorsed by World Chef Association of Chefs Societies, Chefs Guild Maldives, Chefs Guild of Lanka, World Platform of Islamic Countries Culinary Society, World National Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Maldives Housekeepers Association.

Lily International signed on as the event's primary sponsor, while the expo is organized in collaboration with FHAM and CDC Events.
