Jihad appointed as CFO at Fenaka Corporation

Mohamed Jihad has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Fenaka Corporation. 

Jihad's appointment follows the resignation of former CFO Abdulla Waheed earlier today. 

In a post on social media, Fenaka announced Jihad's appointment and welcomed him to the company. 

Waheed said that he had resigned from the post in order to cooperate with the prospective appointment of him to a Chief level post, which is currently under discussion.  

Waheed was appointed as Fenaka CFO on September 11, 2014. 

He was earlier removed from the post on October 26, 2023. For about a year prior to this, Waheed had been stripped of his duties. He submitted a case against his dismissal at the Employment Tribunal, which ruled in his favour. 

He was then reinstated as per the Tribunal's ruling.
