Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) will dedicate its stall at the Living Expo, to housing finance, according to the bank.
The expo will be held at Central Park in Hulhumale' from Thursday, August 8 to Saturday, August 9. It will provide information on MIB's housing financing facilities for those interested in buying and building homes.
Attendees will also receive details on the required documents and the application process for housing finance.
MIB said that offers some of the most affordable housing finance in the market, with rates between 9 percent and 11 percent for purchasing flats. These rates are among the best available, and many housing projects in Hulhumale', financed by MIB, are already underway.
The bank prioritizes projects from Maldivian companies in addition to assessing the financial capacity of companies implementing projects before providing finance.
MIB's evaluation process has earned public confidence in its projects approved by the bank.
