The Supreme Court has scheduled a constitutional case filed by the Attorney General to be held this Sunday.
The case which yet remains unknown is filed as an ex parte motion without a defendant.
The top court has previously also looked over such motions proposed by the government in major constitutional cases.
All constitutional cases may only be filed at and reviewed by the High Court and Supreme Court only.
The case scheduled for Sunday afternoon will be looked over by the Chief Justice and a full five-member bench of the court.
