Tree Top Hospital has appointed a doctor for children's dental treatment.
One of the largest private hospitals in the Maldives will provide dental treatment to children by Indian doctor, Consultant pediatric Dentist Aisha Niha Ibrahim.
Dr. Aisha is an experienced dentist who has worked in 10 branches of Partha Dental Bangalore Hospital in India, according to Tree Top Hospital.
According to the hospital, the service of a pediatric dentist will be provided with priority given to dental care needs of adolescents from an early age.
Under the new service, Tree Top Hospital will give priority to protecting children's oral health and creating awareness about it.
Tree Top Hospital's new services include children's emergency dental treatment, baby teeth fillings, pulpectomy on baby teeth root canal treatment, baby tooth capping, baby teeth extraction and treatment of fluorides and sealants for tooth protection. Scaling and polishing, and root canal treatment services will also be available.
Tree Top Hospital's Dental Medicine Department is using state-of-the-art technology to improve its services and treatment.
