Telecom giant Ooredoo Maldives, on Tuesday, launched SuperNet Fixed Broadband services in the island of Naifaru, Lhaviyani Atoll.
According to Ooredoo, the newly introduced services will offer “a wide range of fixed broadband packages with exciting speeds up to 100 mbps”.
“Today we have launched our SuperNet services in the island with the aim of enriching the lives of the people of Naifaru through digital means, and connect them to new opportunities”, Acting Chief Commercial Officer at Ooredoo Maldives, Hussain Niyaz said, reflecting on the necessity of internet in daily lives.
“[Today] we reaffirm our commitment to the people of the Maldives, and will continue to enrich the lives of our communities.”
Ooredoo stated that their SuperNet comes with a number of plans, customised to suit the varying needs of Naifaru customers.
As per the telecom giant, Ooredoo has optimised its SuperNet services for popular applications such as Facebook, Youtube, Netflix, Gaming, and more.
”SuperNet customers in Naifaru will now be able to enjoy the internet at the best prices available in the market”, Ooredoo said.
