Ooredoo Maldives on Sunday announced that the company's Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on December 16, 2019.
The meeting will be held at Hotel Jen in capital Male'.
According to Ooredoo, several important things are on the agenda of EGM, such as submitting proposed amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association for consideration of Shareholders.
Post discussions of the above amendments, voting is scheduled to take place as well.
Ooredoo requests eligible shareholders to pre-register attendance by submitting the 'Pre-Registration Form', and those who wish to appoint a proxy may submit 'Proxy Form'.
The forms must be submitted before December 12, 2019, to either Ooredoo's office at 5th floor of H.Sunleet, Boduthaakurufaanu Magu or via email to [email protected]
Additionally, Ooredoo requested pre-participants to be present between 1930 hrs and 2030 hrs on December 16, with personal identification.
