Received no information regarding China debt restructuring: MmA

Deputy Governor of Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) Imad Ahmed has stated on Wednesday that to date, the authority had received no information regarding restructuring of loans due to China.

In January, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu announced that China President Xi Jinping had agreed to facilitate the easiest manner possible for Maldives to repay its debt to China.
