Circulating flat list not legit: ACC

Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has confirmed on Thursday that the alleged list of applicants disqualified from the ‘Gedhoruveriya’ flat scheme that is making rounds on social media is falsified.

In a statement released by the commission, it was revealed that the commission was able to verify that the list being circulated on social media regarding flat allocation under the ‘Gedhoruveriya’ scheme is not authentic upon investigation. The commission also said that they are looking into the matter further, and that necessary measures will be taken accordingly.
