The Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (MNPHI) is seeking consultancy services for the design and supervision of 400 housing units at Hulhumale' under the Affordable Housing Scheme Project, which is financed by the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD).
The selected consultancy firm will be responsible for preparing tender documents, preparing an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, reviewing detailed designs, and supervising contractors' work.
Interested parties must submit their Expression of Interest in hard copy format to the Ministry of Finance before April 26. A consultancy firm will be selected in accordance with the guidelines and procedures of the Saudi Fund for Development.T
