"The guarantee we give our employees is do not talk about the rent. Rent will be collected only once you [employees] move in and settle down. At this moment, their contracts stipulates that rent will begin being collected on the month of April. The guarantee I give is that it will not be collected from that date," he said.

Wajeeh highlighted that various employees are mandated to pay rent in different amounts based on the amount they paid for the down payment. Nevertheless, he stated that alleviations on the rent will be offered to the tenants.
