President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, on Wednesday, appointed lawyer Mohamed Shahdy Anwar as the Chairman of Maldives Arbitration Centre.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Shahdy has worked on various issues related to arbitration at an international level. His experience in law also includes tackling various high profile civil cases.
