Migrating flamingoes visit Kulhudhuffushi mangroves again

With the start of the northeast monsoon, migrating flamingoes are once again travelling through Maldives, visiting the Kulhudhuffushi mangroves.

Kulhudhuffushi mangroves are the first destination of these birds this year. Each year, Maldives sees flocks of flamingoes visiting around this time.
