Travel prohibited as work readies for fixing pillars in Gulhifalhu-Thilafushi bridge

In the ongoing ThilaMale' Bridge project, work is going to commence on Thursday to fix pillars in the sea between Gulhi Falhu and Thilafushi. The government has banned travel in the area as the work proceeds.

An announcement by the Ministry of Transport yesterday said that the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure had informed them that this work will begin from Thursday onwards.
