The opposition alliance of Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM) and People's National Congress (PNC), on Thursday night, appointed former Vice President Dr Mohamed Jameel Ahmed as an advisor to the coalition.
Ex-VP Jameel was given the post in a special event held to commemorate his second time joining PPM as a party member.
