Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) and Maldives Association of Tourism Industry (MATI) have invited the Indian national cricket team to visit Maldives after winning this year's T20 Cricket World Cup.
In a press release today, MMPRC said that it had issued a special invitation to the Indian national cricket team to celebrate their victory in this year's T20 Cricket World Cup in Maldives.
MMPRC CEO and Managing Director Ibrahim Shiuree and Secretary General of MATI Ahmed Nazeer congratulated the Indian cricket team and invited them to visit the Maldives.
In the invitation, they expressed interest in hosting the team and highlighted the Maldives' unforgettable scenery, relaxation, personalized hospitality, and unique experiences. The invitation also emphasized the strong cultural and sporting ties between the Maldives and India.
"The Maldives is the perfect destination to celebrate the victory of the Indian cricket team," the statement said. 'It is a great honor for the Maldives to welcome the Indian cricket team and share in their victory,' Shiuree added.
India won the T20 World Cup against South Africa last month, marking their second win in the tournament.
